I purchased a car at the auction and the car will not turn over due to a kil switch going straight to the starter

Need help repairing electrical wiring issues on my Ford Bronco. The main issue is that the headlights do not work at all, even after replacing bulbs and checking basic fixes. However, all other lights work fine including parking lights, brake lights, turn signals, rear lights, and interior electrical components. The issue appears to be related to the headlight wiring, switch, relay, ground, connector, or harness, and I need someone experienced with older Ford electrical systems to properly trace and repair the problem. I also need help fixing the rear tailgate window switch wiring. The rear window motor itself works, but the switch/wiring connection is not functioning correctly and may need rewiring or troubleshooting. Looking for someone comfortable with automotive electrical work who has their own tools/wiring/multimeter and can properly fix wiring issue. Must have proper wiring tools to repair/fix, and must have experience on these older style broncos/fords. I don’t want anything just “junk” thrown together, because last time that just killed other fuses and the battery. I want this done right and efficient

Looking for an experienced automotive electrician who is comfortable working on OBS Fords, specifically a 1990 Ford Bronco. This is NOT a diagnostic job, I already know the issues and I’m looking for someone who can come out and properly fix and clean up the wiring. About 98% of the truck’s electrical system already works fine. Most of the issues are straightforward wiring-related and likely caused by previous incomplete work or confusion in the harness setup. Main things needing attention: • Headlight wiring fix The turn signals, rear lights, brake lights, etc. all work correctly. The issue is specifically with the headlights. The Bronco has a separate headlight harness setup, so I need someone comfortable tracing and properly repairing/reconnecting that wiring. • Rear tailgate window switch wiring The rear window motor itself works fine. The issue is with the switch wiring. The wiring/switch setup was cut short at some point and needs to be properly extended and routed back to the front control area so the rear tailgate window switch works correctly again. • Key fob lock/unlock setup for doors The truck currently has manual lock/unlock doors, but I already have a lock/unlock switch panel/module. I’d like help wiring in a universal keyless entry setup so the doors can lock/unlock via remote key fob. If different actuators or additional parts are needed, that’s totally fine — I mainly need someone who knows how to properly install and wire this setup. The car started taking longer to turn over yesterday. Today it took even longer. After taking time to start very weakly before leaving the house, I shut it off and tried it again, concerned I'd get stuck at my destination. This time it didn't even turn over and just clicked. The lights and radio work.

Had problems coming up and over the backside of the mountain. Lots of starts and stops. Now car won't start at all. Weird sort of push/pull. It sounds like it knows it's supposed to start but no, just no. It does rrr, rrr, rrr. The lights do work.

3-4 months ago all of my headlights went out at once....2 weeks ago the radio volume became extremely low and cannot be adjusted....yesterday I needed a jump. Autozone tested the battery and said that it tested at 100%. He suggested I have an electrician check for a shortage.
