2006 vehicle electrical system malfunction

I’m having trouble with my 2008 road glide. I disassembled the fairing to replace it and after I was done my speaker switch does not work. I’m not sure what I did wrong. Also, I have new exhaust slip on that when I put on one of them sits touching my saddleback, and I am not sure why.

The battery is charged but power is not getting to the wheels. For awhile, cables would work and offer full power, but apparently shake loose. Now I cannot reconnect the cables to maintain power.
