I need my windows cleaned outside. I’m on the second floor of a flat and would like the windows at the front and back cleaned. It’s a house conversion so I am the top floor.

Pressure Washer access would be ideal for some of the task. I have a real problem with spiders and I'd love someone who doesn't mind dealing with them! Ideally would be this weekend but if another time I also consider it. Inside the flat: Clean all windows inside and out - there is a lot of spiders and spider webs on the outside and frame/recess. Remove all spiders, spider webs and egg sacs throughout and clean the window on the outside. Balcony: A pigeon was nesting while I was away, so there is mess that needs a proper deep clean. Ideally I think someone with a pressure washer would be ideal. Remove all spider webs and spiders from the balcony. Again a pressure washer could be helpful in ensuring they are all gone. I also have large plant pots with soil on the balcony need removing plus 3 light items — they've been sitting there a while and may have spiders nesting in them. Not essential but very welcome — please let me know if you can bring them down to the trash. I have a one bedroom apartment - it has a double window in the kitchen, a floor to ceiling (ceiling not high) double window in the living room and bedroom and a double window balcony door. The balcony itself is metal so a pressure washer would respond well. Ideally I'd also like to remove and throw away the bamboo screening before the washing. I've tried to make pictures but can't really see very much. Please bring all equipment and supplies needed. Bonus points if you have a pressure washer! Let me know in your offer if you have experience with this type of outdoor clean.

I am looking for exterior window cleaning for my 2 bed flat in Brixton. It’s a 1st floor flat. There are 2x windows that are accessed by either going out of my living room window or you can use your ladder to go onto the flat roof of the shop that’s on the ground floor. I will add photos Please bring all equipment and ladders etc. I have not had regular window cleaning before so they are quite dirty. I would also LOVE it if you could sweep the rooftop of the shop - as it’s what I look out onto from my window and just pop the rubbish into a bin liner.
