Fix electrics in bedroom (outlet is 'hot' and zaps me when touched) and two bulbs out in the bedroom which need to be fixed / changed. Also need help hanging a small/mediumish sized mirror and a small/mediumish sized disco ball, neither super heavy. We have a ladder but our ceilings are very low so might not even be needed. Please don't offer if your price ask is going to be wildly different than what my budget is. I have not gotten the electrics fixed for 1.5 years because I have never been able to afford it as I have been out of work for 6 years and now I have this amount I have saved up which I want to use for it if possible. I have: * A set of shelves with three bays that needs a couple of shelf supports to make sure it doesn't tip over * One set of wider shelves that also needs a stabiliser or support of some kind to keep it stable * A mirror that I need to hang, which will also require drilling into the wall I don't have any equipment, so ideally I'm looking for someone who can bring the bits and pieces required! The wall is a partition wall, and the drilling needs to go into the studs, so you'll also need to be able to identify where those studs are!

The mirror in question is: https://www.ikea.com/gb/en/p/lindbyn-mirror-black-30458610/ I need this hung slightly above a chest draw in my bedroom, however, the wall it is going on, on the other side is the main bathroom with a central heater on the wall. The mirror did not come with any fixings, however i do have screws that may potentially be enough, however, if the tasker has their own that they believe will be better I would appreciate it.
