Hi I would need a helper to prganise the birthday party, which would include the set up, making drinks, cleaning up etc

We need a chef to do some shopping, cook some barbecue food (a mix of meat, halal meat, vegetarian and one vegan. And bring some pre-prepared salads, and some bought buns, rolls, etc. 20 people. It's a work event. To start cooking the food at 3pm, finish cooking at 5pm ish. We have a medium-to-large gas barbecue in our office's garden, access to a kitchen with electric oven (if needed), sink, all cutlery and crockery is on-site already. Cost of food should come to about £20 per head (£400), and an hourly rate of £50 per hour for 4 hours work (1 hour shopping, 1 hour preparing salads, 2 hours cooking at the barbecue (cooking timings are around 3pm-5pm). Our staff can do the cleaning and tidying up. So total budget £600.

Person sought to help host a BBQ garden party for c.18 people on Sat 16th August. Must be able to competently oversee BBQ cooking (we will provide meat and BBQs - big green egg and electric ninja) and provide general support as needed, including keeping kitchen and serving areas clean and tidy, and clearing up. Must be familiar with how Big Green Egg BBQ works. Hours: 12noon-8pm.

Serve drinks and cake for an hour and help tidy up after (c. 100 guests). Set up is just laying out trays of sandwiches and cake and pouring out glasses.
