About the role We're looking for a warm, confident and presentable assistant to support our exhibition stand at Mind Body Spirit Festival at Olympia London — one of the UK's leading wellness and spiritual festivals. You'll be the friendly first face visitors meet at The Purpose Code™ stand — welcoming people, guiding them through our immersive headphone experience, managing consultation bookings and handling payments. This is a front-facing, people-focused role in a calm, purpose-driven environment. What you'll be doing • Welcoming visitors to the stand and explaining what we offer • Guiding visitors through the frequency bath headphone experience • Managing consultation bookings via a tablet (Calendly) • Taking payments via card reader (PayPal Zettle) • Distributing branded stationery and information cards • Keeping the stand tidy, organised and inviting throughout the day • Holding the stand confidently while the lead consultant is presenting What we're looking for • Friendly, confident and professional manner — you're comfortable talking to strangers • An interest in or familiarity with wellness, spirituality, astrology or holistic living (important — this is the world of the festival and our visitors) • Reliable and punctual — the stand opens on time, every day • Comfortable handling a tablet and card payment device • Ideally available for all four days (Thu 22 – Sun 25 May) but please apply if you can do 3 Nice to have • Previous event, exhibition or festival experience • Experience with Calendly, Zettle or similar booking/payment tools To apply Please send a brief note about yourself, your availability across the four days, and why this role appeals to you.
