Looking for someone experienced who can lay self-levelling screeding and then fit stick-down LVT. Size of space = approx 30sq metres (living room, hallway, kitchen). Underfloor varies (some concrete, some floorboards with plywood on top). Previously had laminate flooring. The entire area will need a self-levelling screed before LVT fitted so you will also need to be experienced in doing that. Looking for job to be completed mid Sept (can slightly be flexible on dates). I have already purchased the LVT so just looking for someone to prep and self-level the floor and install the LVT.
