Empty 65 sqm one-bedroom flat near Gloucester Road / South Kensington. I’m looking for a thorough clean before the next tenant moves in. This is not a professional/certified end-of-tenancy clean, but I know the incoming tenant personally, so I do want the flat left properly clean and in a respectable condition - not rushed or just given a superficial once-over. The flat is empty and has wooden floors throughout.
