Gross, right? Fortunately, a professional tile and grout cleaner will know exactly how to restore your tiles and grout to their former (super clean) glory:
Step 1: Assess and pre-treat
To prepare the area, your cleaner will move furniture (if possible) and sweep the floors. Your tile and grout cleaning professional will start by identifying your stone or tile type to ensure they use the right cleaning methods. They’ll also test to check if there are any sealers/coatings, and if your grout is sanded, un-sanded, or epoxy. Next, they’ll apply a special grout cleaning solution to treat the area, leaving it to sit for around 10-20 minutes so it can start breaking down any grime, dirt, and contaminants on your floor.
Step 2: Scrub the surface
