Hi, We are looking to have some works done on our apartment hallway. Job Details: 1. Top section wallpaper 2. Bottom section (1.06m) tiled 3. Remove existing skirting board 4. Change 4x door handles 5. Change 3x Handle pulls (new ones are slightly larger than old ones, so some wood on the door needs to be removed) 6. Change existing fused switch with new (tiled section) 7. Change existing double socket with Double Plug Socket. Please note, these are circular, and the tiles would need to be cut around them. (Item linked in Google Sheets below) 8. As pictured, there is an intercom box, and a central heating unit. The bottom of the intercom box (the lowest of the two) is 106cm high from the floor, so should not need removing, but adjustment may be necessary. Depending on price, we may also request the entire ceiling be repainted white (c. 12m x 12m), with cracks and any minor pin holes being patched. In this email i have attached some pictures of the hallway, the dimensions of the hallway, and the spacing indication for the tiling.  With regards to inventory, please see this Google Doc: [ASK FOR LINK] Everything in green has already been ordered, and the remaining items are awaiting confirmation as for whether they are acceptable to order, and the quantities are correct.  We are looking to have this started ASAP, but we are flexible on timing.  Parking will be available in the building basement for the duration of the works.  If you could kindly quote up the task, and indicate of prospective start time and job duration, that would be highly appreciated. 

We have the wall paper and adhesive, and the walls are prepped. We just need a skilled decorator to install two walls of wall paper. Needs to bring their own tools and have experience with wall papering

I would like the wallpaper stripped from 1 wall and replaced with new wallpaper, and another 3 walls painted. The room in question is 235cm x 230cm on 2 sides and 235cm x 110cm on one wall and 235cm x 136cm on the other wall.

Looking for help with wallpaper removal. It is for parts of a very small 1 bedroom flat. I have a wall paper steamer, scraper and a ladder, which you can of course use if you want. Remaining areas are part of the hallway and the upper section of the bathroom walls (no ceiling work). Estimated time: one day with two people or 1 person in 2 days.
