I bought my 5 year old son a Marc Darcy 3 piece suit in a size 9-10 as hes a big kid, fairly stocky. When it came he tried it on and the trousers are too tight in the waist and they'd need to be taken up, the waistcoat is a bit snug and the jacket wont close. Im not too fussed about the jacket, he can wear it open but i really need some help with the trousers and the waistcoat. I had my wedding dress made for me and as I will not get any further use out of it as it is, would like to convert the skirt part of the dress to trousers so that the whole garment becomes a jumpsuit. The skirt is 4 layers of chiffon, so some could be removed. The dress was walked through sandy vineyards, so the material is quite dirty, but much of it will be cut off in order to get the right leg length.
