Specifically, we would like staff to: Tray-pass drinks and snacks during the cocktail hour and half (before lunch) and in the mean table setting up the tables where the reception will take place. Serve plated lunches and drinks to guests Clear the cutlery and plates once the meal is finished If possible, clean the used plates in the on-site industrial kitchen And clear the tables Please note that our catering team will also be present on-site and will assist with food preparation and service. The additional staff we’re requesting would focus primarily on guest-facing service and support.
