His electricians background came in handy as he was able to do a bit more than required in terms of assisting me with my new broadband package as well as making the right choice for an extension lead which I had to run out and buy to get the TV connected on the wall to the closest socket. He was patient and very helpful and I would strongly recommend him for such a task because he is also a very tidy worker.

Can't get my TV (SONY XR-55A80J) to connect to the broadband. I can't keep a stable connection after entering the wifi credentials into the TV. The wifi connection will say partial connection despite there being an excellent signal in the property. My other devices have no issues connecting to the wifi, so I believe the TV is at fault and needs an update. However, I'm stuck because I can't connect to the wifi to update the OS. I was reading that you can update via a USB, I was hoping someone could try updating this for me in order to get my TV connected to my streaming apps?
