Hi, I have a Sonos Playbar around 8-10 years old and it’s developed a power issue. When I plug it in, the speakers make a pop sound, the ethernet lights flash briefly, and sometimes the mute button LED flashes red a few times – but then the unit shuts off. There is no front LED and it will not stay powered on. I have tried: – Multiple power cables (C7/figure-8) – Multiple wall outlets – No accessories connected – Attempting to boot with only power connected The behaviour is the same every time. It looks like a power supply or internal hardware failure because the unit won’t stay powered long enough to complete setup or reset.
