Hi there! I'm looking for an experienced and reliable professional to securely mount two TVs and one floating shelf in my flat. Here are the specifics of the job: TV 1: 65-inch Samsung Q9 TV 2: 55-inch Samsung Q7 The Mounts: I have the specific, brand-new wall mounts (LED-13Q) ready to go. As a bonus, I have the exact paper wall templates and all the manufacturer-supplied hardware/screws ready for you. The Shelf: 1x IKEA LACK floating shelf (brand new in packaging). Wall Type: Plaster walls in a 5-year-old flat (likely plasterboard/drywall). What you will need to bring: Your own tools (power drill, stud finder, spirit level, tape measure, etc.). Crucial: Please bring heavy-duty plasterboard anchors (e.g., toggle bolts, GripIts) just in case the TV placement doesn't align perfectly with the studs. The standard hardware supplied in the box might not be enough for plasterboard walls. Please mention your previous experience with mounting large screens on plasterboard and floating shelves when you make an offer. After I switched on TV the fault appears after 10-15 minutes. The issue is not with HDMI through Virgin. Checks have been done on Amazon Prime and Netflix with the same lines appearing but these start in the middle of the screen and move down. YouTube also has the same lines displayed. Also tested Samsung on Terrestrial TV through the aerial and the picture fault still exists on all the tests carried out. I have taken some videos on each check carried out.

We accidentally damaged the screen when moving the TV to another room. We gripped the top of the TV (and screen) too firmly which has now left some faint horizontal lines across the top half.
