Hire a rubbish remover for any job in West Sussex

We’ve recently moved into a new flat and have quite a lot of cardboard boxes left over that we need taken away. There’s a mixture of sizes, one very large box, quite a few large boxes, as well as a number of medium and smaller ones. Most are moving/delivery boxes from the move. We also have a broken, dismantled clothes rack that needs removing as well Looking for someone who can collect and remove the lot. Thanks!

Approximately 30 boxes of household items, various sizes. They are currently stored in 35sq foot unit. The unit I roughly 70% full. All boxes can be lifted by one person. There will be male assistance at both the storage facility and the delivery address. There are no parking charges at either address.

We would need to move 3 furniture from Horley to Portslade. 1. Samsung 55' Serif TV 2. small chest of drawers L120 x H75 x W40 3. small office desk The flat in Horley is on the third floor and unfortunately there is no elevator. The house in Portslade is easy to access (parking just outside the house). We would need 2 taskers. The drive between the 2 locations is about 45mins. It's mainly carrying the 3 items from the third floor flat to the car, drive to the house then carry to the living room which is on the ground floor.

Collection and disposal of post-move rubbish. Includes washing machine, sofas and armchair, and misc boxes/bags/rubbish, plus several flat-packed moving cartons. Sofas are at front of house, rest at rear with easy side access from driveway.

Remove all items that are not appliances, tools or tool accessories. Clean shed and ceiling area removing trash and spider webs etc. Will pay additional for deep clean services if an option I’ve recently set off a bug bomb to help with any smaller bugs within the shed. Any extra items in shed like the new filing cabinet and non tool/appliances will need to be taken away and not left in shed.

I need help lifting boxes and bringing them up one flight of stairs. its 15 boxes and ideally need it done today. I'm struggling as I hurt my back early this year. They are just normal weight boxes and if I were well I'd do it myself.
