He is so efficient - he and his friend packed up my van in record time fitting in things that would have needed 2 loads into 1. His profile is extremely accurate - he knows his stuff. They lifted all my heavy items including an upright fridge freezer with a full freezer. Ye knows how to manœvre corners and doors in the house to get all your stuff out without breakage or scratches.
