Hire a rubbish remover for any job in Cumbria

I have a van load of household goods arriving from France. I need help unloading the van. Some of the cartons will need to be carried into the attic - boxes of CDs, LPs, books etc. The image shows the cartons. There are also a few items of furniture. There will be one fit person helping.
