We moved my mum (who is elderly) from one flat in a building (2nd floor) to a flat on the ground floor. All the large items were moved and the majority of the rest of the stuff. It's probably about 1.5 hrs work if you bring a couple of cardboard boxes to pack the glassware etc.

Both of the sheds are small in size, probably the smallest a shed can be. It’s general household items inside the biggest in size being a cot mattress the heaviest being a hoover. Would need a small van or large car would probably be okay too as I will be there too with my car.
