Bedroom wall & ceiling needs to be repainted due to water damage

We’re looking for an experienced painter and decorator to complete work in our 2-bedroom flat. Rooms/areas: • 2 bedrooms – approx. 60% already done, need sanding, filling where needed, and completion • Hallway – approx. 60% already done, needs sanding, minor filling, and completion • Living room – in good condition, (it may needs filling), needs full repaint • Small kitchen area – small section to be painted and the ceiling. • Doors and frames – to be cleaned and painted Current status and requirements: • Paints already purchased (including wall paint and paint for doors/frames). • One coat of anti-mould paint has already been applied in all rooms except the living room. • After sanding/cleaning any remaining areas, a coat of anti-mould is needed to be applied, especially corners and edges. • A very small amount of wallpaper remains in couple of areas, this needs to be removed and painted over. • Minor filling of gaps/holes where needed (including around doors/frames, using silicone or appropriate filler). • We want a smooth, even finish on all walls, similar to the current finish in the living room. • Most walls are already sanded and smoothed, but we’d like you to double-check and prepare surfaces properly before painting where needed sanding. • Please protect all floors and furniture and leave everything clean and tidy. Timing: • We would like the job to start and be completed as soon as possible. Made noticeable marks on wall. Wanted to repaint to cover up with landlords permission. He gave me exact paint brand/colour to buy. Bought and touched up marks. Colour came out super dark and don’t know why. Very confused. Just wanted marks covered. Aware that touch up won’t match wall completely but there are many touch ups on same wall. All look similar colour to wall. Did I something wrong?

We need an experienced decorator to paint the yellow walls and ceiling light sage and the blue window and inside of door, evergreen. We will supply the paint. You may need to lightly sand the current walls and window/door. I have added an image of roughly what we want it to look like afterwards, as well the current state.

First 4 hours only on this job, just to see how you work, but more needed for right person. We beed a detail oriented person, perfectionism on smooth fill & sand & painting, whole top floor asap, ground floor late next week.
