Must be reliable, skilled, and able to deliver high-quality workmanship across a range of joinery and finishing tasks. **Scope of Work** - Remove 13 steps staircase carpet, repair, and fit new wooden treads - Fit landing wall mouldings and paint - Remove existing 25 staircase spindles and supply/install new ones - install 1m2 Panel the top of the balustrade - Remove existing 60 m2 of first-floor flooring - Fit engineered 60m2 of wood flooring in hallway, landing, and 4 rooms - Remove and replace 7 door architraves - Remove and replace 7 doors - Remove, supply, and fit 58 meters of new skirtings in 4 rooms and hallway - Fit standard 58 meters of coving in 4 rooms and hallway - Handle waste disposal - Prep and Painting of balustrade and staircase and architraves of doors -Prep and painting of landing wall ,1st floor hallway ,walls,ceiling and skirtings - Prep and painting of 1st floor 4 bed rooms walls ceiling and skirting - Replace and prep and painting of architraves on attic ceiling door -Prep and painting of ground two living rooms, kitchen and hallway walls ,ceiling, 6 door architraves and skirtings A good candidate should: - Proven experience in carpentry/joinery - Own tools and transport - Attention to detail and ability to work to a high finish standard We will provide floors, doors, fittings and paint - Must be punctual, tidy, and professional on site
