Need to clean flat , deep odour removal

There's a lingering smell from a guest that stayed in the apartment and didn't air it out. Need somebody to get rid of the smell. It's a small 1 bedroom flat.

There is a sweet slightly chemical like odour that seems to ordinate from my bedroom window. The further away from the window, the less the smell is present. It's hard to be sure, but sometimes it's present in connected ensuite.
