Refrigerant Top-Up

Its an Adult Tricyle . I noticed when riding today that it was veering off to the left uncontrollably . I own an Aventon Pace 250 E-Bike. The rear hub motor has stopped working. It makes a grinding sound when you try and pedal it. The bike can't roll backwards.
