The keypad entry lock on my front door has failed and it needs replaced. I have ordered a new unit (same model) which arrives today and it needs to be fitted. It’s should be a matter of a few screws and setting up a new entry code. No holes to be drilled. There are currently airnb guests in the property so it needs to be done this afternoon. Yale charges £145 for installation including drilling for the new lock. I would prefer someone who has lock smith experience.

Hi there. I need a repair of my bathroom door handle. The handle itself is very loose. Someone looked at it and advised the spring would be weak. Before it was taken apart it would still lock despite the loose handle but now it doesnt lock anymore at all... So as far as I am aware the spring needs to be replaced and something with the bolt as it would be cheaper than replacing the entire door handle.
