Looking for someone for a day's work helping with an artificial grass installation. Approx. 3–3.5 tonnes of aggregate needs barrowing through a terraced house into the rear garden, spreading, levelling and compacting. Then help lay, cut and fix the artificial grass to the existing timber frame. Another person will be working alongside you and all materials/tools will be supplied. Decorative stone border afterwards if time permits.

Scope of Work 1. New Large-Format White Porcelain Paving Prepare the ground, including excavation, waste removal and installation of a suitable sub-base. Install new large-format white porcelain paving with appropriate bedding, drainage and falls. Ensure all paving is level, accurately aligned and finished to a high standard. Approximate paving areas: Side pathway: 18 metres long × 0.6–0.75 metres wide Rear patio: Approximately 2.8 metres × 2.3 metres 2. Raised U-Shaped Planters Construct a U-shaped raised planter around the rear perimeter of the garden using concrete breeze blocks. The finished planters should be clad in either: Smooth white render, or White exterior porcelain tiles (tiles supplied by me). Please provide separate quotations for both the rendered finish and the tiled finish. Approximate dimensions: Rear planter: Less than 9.5 metres Left-hand planter: Less than 6 metres Right-hand planter: Less than 6 metres Height: Approximately 750mm The planter walls should be structurally sound and designed to support long-term planting, with a clean, contemporary finish. The planter width should be kept as narrow as practical while providing sufficient space for planting along the sides and supporting the pleached trees at the rear. The maximum planter width should not exceed 1 metre. I welcome recommendations to ensure adequate soil depth and root space while maintaining a slim, modern appearance. 3. Integrated Seating Incorporate a built-in timber bench into the left-hand planter. The bench should: Be approximately 1.5 metres long Be constructed from treated timber Be finished in a dark grey exterior stain Be integrated into the planter design to create a modern seating area 4. Tree Planting Area The rear planter will accommodate: Five pleached trees A continuous pleaching support frame and posts Tree species: Portuguese Laurel or Hornbeam Initial tree height: 1.5–2.0 metres
