Need an area (c15-20m2) of patio to be taken up and excavated to remove the concrete/sand underneath and for this to be disposed of. Also, for the earth underneath to be flattened and prepared for turf-laying, including laying top-soil

We have a gradually inclining garden that we have been working on clearly from being neglected when we first bought the house. We want to regrade a second of the garden to be able to add a new lawn; sort all the divets/high low spots but are happy to keep the gradual slope.
