Left Hand Border Remove grass, dig bed over being careful of the rose bushes. Add new topsoil to bring level with path. Plant new shrubs and plants - to be discussed and agreed upon. Right Hand Border Cut out new flower border - curved shape to be agreed on site. Remove grass, edge new border with brickettes, drop level of manhole cover. Add top soil to border to raise level to top of brickettes. Plant border - plants to be agreed. Would suggest mulching both borders for long term weed suppression. Treat lawn with weed and feed. Adjust front and rear gates. Level slabs on path where they have sunk. Cut out pointing between slabs and repoint. Create new border to front garden, edge with brickettes and plant with new shrubs and plants and mulch. Repoint slabs to front path.
