A removal company dismantled my Ikea wardrobe when I moved house (it is a sliding glass door wardrobe). The removal chap who dismantled it wasn't assigned to reassemble, instead the owner of the removal company decided to do it. The owner came back multiple times with a different team member each time and repeatedly failed to assemble. They've left me with a wardrobe that leans forward, the sliding doors do not close and the shelving on one side needs a repair. I also asked for an extension cable that was plugged into a socket behind the wardrobe to be made available. After 3 attempts they still failed to 'turn the power on' at the wall before affixing the wardrobe. I hope someone can help but only if you've had experience. The wardrobe was new and in mint condition. In fact the chap who dismantled it was very impressed at how well it was put together. I'm devastated with the Removal company owner for his failed attempts. He was clearly out of his depth... I hope someone can help me! Thank you. PS I'm new to this site.
