I need someone who is serious about this job please as it’s a present for my husband and I want his room to look great . Hoover , organising items . Separate washing items from clean ones . Take items out of suitcases and place in wardrobe . Setup computer system . place things neatly You should have the knack for organising. I have broken my ankle and need help tidying and decluttering and sorting

Small garage space (1 car garage) wash required. This is to prep for storage. Not overly dirty but has been unused for a while so would benefit from a good jet wash.

Tidy up to be Presentable in appearance for the Landlord Visit (told on short notice ). Considering the moving date in Julyꓹ timing is Not idealꓹ if not 💯 awkward. It’s not very far-off in future for declutterꓼ organise by finding a place for everything on display. But it’s not quite in near future to start packing things away. So I assume it probably be best to declutter/organise/tidy up as needed: to pack away things that are not in use. And have just the essentials to be left out neatly. My Goal is simply looking tidy by all appearances. As I plan to have a cleaner come in afterwardsꓹ which if you or know someone reliable who couldꓼ consider it more efficient, please let me know. We are looking for a cleaner for our flat every Wednesday for a busy professional couple. It’s a small 1 and a half bed and we’d be looking for 90 minutes or less including dishes, if possible! - Due date: Flexible

I have a significant amount of nice clothes to sell on eBay or other platforms, and don’t have the time. I will give 20% of all profits to the person. I’m getting a few question so here is some more detail. Ideally I’d like someone to come and spend a few hours photographing the clothes and listing them, also managing any comms with the seller. Once the buyer has agreed to purchase then shipping the clothes out. It would be great if the person is local to me.
