Hello, I have a Samsung QE82Q70RATXXU 82″ QLED TV with perfect audio, but the picture is very dark with just shadows visible and the TV clicks on and off when powered up. I believe it is a backlight fault. Could you please confirm if you repair backlight/LED panel issues on Samsung TVs (your experience)and provide an estimate for diagnosis and repair inclusive of parts and labour? Thanks.

Hi! We have a 55inch TV that we would like mounted to the wall using a Sanus mount. The wall is shown in the image (under the top shelves, the TV currently sits in front of it). It is a plastered brick wall. We also have a Dunelm mirror to mount on a painted wall upstairs. The mirror is a round Elements Round Solid Oak mirror, 55cm diameter. The mirror weighs 5.5 kg and fixings for the wall will be provided. We would like both mounted in the same afternoon. Approx 90 minute job.
