My budget is negotiable, materials supplied but I would need your advice. I would need, upon completion, a certificate of installation and commissioning and logbook to the user in accordance with fire regulations. In description below: GF=Ground Floor, FF=First Floor, 2F=2nd Floor "Front"=As you face the building from the pavement/street. Description: This is a typical high-street building with shop on GF. GF has a laundrette (shop) and has its own fire panel which will need to be interconnected to the new fire panel for the flats above. Flat C is on FF and Flat D is on 2F. Both flats are reached from the Front via a side street door next to shop and have communal hallway and stairs. The shop fire panel can be reached by drilling through the hallway wall. The new fire alarm system for the flats above should be a Grade A panel system to BS5839:2029 +A1:2020. This panel must interconnect with GF shop's existing panel .
