Looking for someone experienced in installing Google Nest thermostats into my combi-boiler and replacing old thermostat on the wall with the new one. It will need a transformer on the Google Thermostat from my old one. My combi-boiler is a Worcester DT20.

fire alarm certificate for two bed flat

Our alarm needs changing batteries but we've no step ladder and it's in a very awkward position on the upstairs landing above the stairs and the ceiling is high. Not entirely sure what batteries needed as first time we've changed it. Would be great to get it sorted and have correct batteries refitted safely, or if it just needs a reset - for that to be done. Quick help would be great as we've had a neighbour mention it.

I need the battery of my smoke alarm changed. I have a 3-step step stool that you can use. Ceiling is about 9 feet high. I'm too short to reach the alarm, so I'm not able to check what battery is required. If you can bring some batteries that would be really helpful

New navien boiler with nest system was installed around 2 years ago but has never worked properly. Radiators are very hot even when Nest claims not to be able heating. Some radiators don't work at all. Boiler sometimes depressurises. Looking for a highly experienced heating engineer who can try to get the system working more efficiently.

My fire alarm keeps beeping every 20 seconds. It started doing this months ago, but I usually could hold the main button down for 15 seconds and the beeping would stop. Now, it doesn't work and beeping goes on regardless. The alarm is wired in and seems to be connected centrally to the flat building, and I have tried so many ways of opening it to change the backup battery but it looks like you need tools to do it. There's no indication of model at all so I can't find a manual for it online. Dont know if battery is low or whole alarm system has expired

One smoke alarm in my flat made the fire alarm noise. I tried changing the old battery with new ones but the fire alarm noise wouldn’t stop. I had to temporarily disassemble the smoke alarm. Need the smoke alarm repaired. Or have it replaced if it’s not fixable.

I have Verisure home security installed. The main task is to take all the kit down from my current flat and fill in the walls etc. to leave it as it was originally. The items are mainly stuck and drilled in. Not connected to the mains.
