Find a professional gate installation in South London

I have 2 wooden side gates that I think have swollen up and no longer close and open properly, or at the correct height off the floor.

I have an old side gate that I need replacing. I'd ideally like a recommendation on which secure gate to buy (although I have done some research) and for it to be installed. The preferred date would be Friday but of course you'd need to inspect it first. On one side of the gate is a brick wall on the other is a stone column supporting the fence. Need to install 2 fence panels and a t&g gate in back garden. The picture has all the old fence and ivy, they all will be cleared by Thursday but I wouldn’t mind getting quote on removing the old fence and other rubbish and installing new fence as mentioned above. Also I will supply the materials.

I am looking for someone to help fit as front gate for me. I need them to measure, purchase and install the gate.

I’m looking for an experienced handyman to align and potentially re-hang a standard locking UK timber garden gate (approx. 0.9 m wide) onto an existing, structurally sound frame at my house in Wimbledon Park, London. The task includes: • Inspection of the gate and potential of the gate from its current fittings (if required, may not be necessary) • Supply and installation of all necessary hardware (new hinges, bolts, screws – there are plenty of local hardware stores; I will gladly reimburse for materials) • Alignment and fixing to ensure smooth swing and secure latching • Testing to confirm the gate closes and latches correctly No painting, sanding or weather-proofing is required and there are no access or parking restrictions.

A newly purchased wooden gate does not fit. 1 inch too tall and 1/2 inch too wide… needs shaving down.

We’ve had standing water in our cellar for a few weeks and are looking for someone to help us identify the cause. We’re in a flood zone, so it might be rising water table, but we want to rule out any leaks or drainage issues. Additionally, our Bosch dishwasher (on the floor above the cellar) just started showing an E15 error today, which we understand may be related to water leakage or flood protection. We have two new wooden garden gates to be fitted but the fence posts are loose so we need the existing ones to be fixed or new ones to be fitted.
