I need one baby gate to be fitted upstairs. It’s the screw in baby gates. Baby gate will need to be drilled into the wall. Must have own tools

I live in Chigwell, and have 2 electrical gates on my front drive. They are kame gates. Neither of the gates are opening. There may be some connection problem. One is partially opening and the other not responding at all.

One of our gates is stuck open and no longer responds to the remote, the other gate on the driveway is still functioning as normal. We do not have the manual release key and all the sensors are clean, has previously occured when the sliding gate was obstructed by leaves or debris and last repairman managed to fix in 10 minutes so seems relatively easy.

Build a double gate to fit opening in green pine to suite post and panels. T&G framed pair as per photos. Can build on site with materials there. Gate overall height dimension is 2020mm, width to fit 1995mm opening. This must be completed by the date.

Gate has broken Needs repairing and repainting

We have two garden gates that have two locks on that will need removing and replaced with two borglocks. Would prefer to have this done over a weekend but if weekdays are preferred, after 4pm would work.

We have a metal rear gate that has a security panel welded to it. The panel has come loose and needs to be spot welded back in place.

There are currently two wooden gates and posts. These need removing and two metal gates and posts installed. These posts need to be cut to size. They are black metal.

2 side gates and 2 and half fence panels need painting

Replace double gates with a single fence post, kickboard and panel and install one pedestrian sized gate with combination lock access.

My back gate drags and catches on the frame. I would like it repaired so it fits without having to lift it into the frame and a outside lock ( which I have) fitted. You would need your own tools.

I have around 30 meters of fence to just lay. Another 4 pieces of fence to remove and replace, this includes a gate too. The third part of the work is about 6 meters new fence with another gate. I have some parts which already bought, but most of them needs to be supplied by the installer.

I buy a stair gate but I can’t put it on stairs I want someone to do this for me please
