I need to get my backyard cleaned and trimmed

Mostly covered with astroturf and porcelain tiles. I need someone to clear the leaves, remove weeds and clean the tiles. I have all the required equipment including rakes, brooms, shears, pruners, pressure washer and tile cleaning solution. Leaves can be placed in the composter or burned in the incinerator.
