Find reliable fridge removal experts in Central London

I bought American fridge freezer from Currys and they are unable to bring it upstairs and saying that the lift isn't bringing it up I don't understand we use that lift and at a time we fit four people. I am buying it again but if it doesn't comes up with lift you would need to carry it maybe three people. I live on the fift floor and the fridge will go in the hallway. Also I have a small fridge that will be needed to take downstairs outside the building. with lift I will pay £40 without lift £70. Please let me know. and give a price together for 2 or 3 people.
