I’m part of a complex and there are certain exterior features that need to be kept to managing agents requirements. I’m now needing work to be down to the 2 exterior, front facing windows, painting/touch up for the front door, painting of the railing on the balcony, and skirting on the balcony.

We have the paint, it's slightly off white, and a small ladder but you would probably need a bigger one. We have a selection of small rollers but again you may want to bring a larger one.

3 bed end of terrace needs painting. Will supply paint and materials. Labour required and a long ladder will be needed. No scaffolding budget available but I know it can be done with just a long ladder as neighbours had there’s done like that.

I have a wooden summer house that needs 1 side painted as it’s in an awkward spot, so ideally you’d need a spray to paint it - I have the paint from doing the other sides and I do have a basic spray gun if required but you might need a pro one to get this done properly - a window will need to be tapped up from the outside to protect it too

3 bedroom normal semi detached house. Require someone to clean the outside of the windows, paint the front and side of the house and to sand down the front door. Must tape of windows before painting, have all ladders and also to paint the gutter and pebble dash a door/window that was bricked up.

Chips on the window sills have developed so the underlying wood is exposed to the elements and could rot. It just needs to be sanded, filled and painted. Paint will be supplied obviously.

1. Front Wooden Pillars (at the entrance): • Sand down thoroughly • Apply 2–3 coats of wood stain • Finish with 2–3 coats of exterior wood varnish 2. Side Windows and Front Door Seals: • Sand and fill all necessary areas • Apply 2 coats of exterior undercoat • Finish with 2 coats of exterior gloss paint 3. Front Rendering: • Touch up and apply exterior emulsion • Note: If full cracks and filler repairs are required, this will need to be addressed before painting 4. Rear Window Frame: • Sand down and fill as needed • Apply 2 coats of white undercoat • Finish with exterior white gloss 5. Garden Shed Woodwork: • Remove all flaking paint by sanding • Fill where necessary • Apply undercoat • Finish with 2 coats of white gloss paint 6. Rear Rendering: • Touch up and apply exterior emulsion in the existing colour

Exterior front and back walls to be painted as the old paint is bit dated .

One wall had a leak (now fixed) and needs to be repainted Two other walls need a full painting in the entrance and one bedroom Lastly we would like to fix our front entrance wall (filler for a few cracks and painting)

Need to paint outside wall white (five panels. Will provide the paint and tools. Need to be clean and tidy

Repair outside render around the windows and the pillars. And then paint the outside walls to blend.
