I dropped a glass seasoning jar on the top of electric cooker and it has cracked and chipped the glass top

We need a ceiling extractor fan installing in our kitchen over our hob. It’s a extension where the ceiling goes straight outside

Currently, there is a ~4inch extraction fan (the small electric one) that does not work. I would like to replace this with an outlet diameter of the cooker hood of 150mm. Ducting will need installing. The cooker hood is installed but is currently re-circulating the air and I would like to vent it outside. The side of the cooker panel may need cutting into to allow for the vent pipe to go outside. I have a picture if anyone is interested in the job. Essentially: 1. Drill 6inch hole in side of the house. 2. Clean up some wiring from the old electrical fan that is there. 3. Cut a hole in the side of the cooker hood panel and pipe the hose to the new 6 inch hole.

We have an old cooker which needs disconnecting so the new one can be fitted on. If possible, disposal of the old one will be appreciated, totally okay if not possible, main requirement is to replace the old one.
