The house has been unlived in for 2.5 years, so there's a lot of dust and a few spiderwebs etc. I'm staying in a 2m x 2.5m box room which is the only room I need cleaning, but if job goes well then there's potential for more jobs around the rest of the house at a later date. It will need a deep clean, it has a large rug (most of which is under furnishings) over hardwood floors. The only furniture is a single bed, chest of drawers and floating bookshelf, but the worst problem with dust is under the bed, so bed will defo need pulling out.
