I'm moving to another city and need help assembling and packing boxes. It's a full 2-bedroom flat and needs all packing up ready for movers on 22/06. Hoping someone can help 🙏🏼💗

If stairs or tight spaces are involved, having a third person can help guide from one end. 5. Use Proper Lifting Techniques: Lift with your legs, not your back. Keep your back straight and bend at the knees. Use furniture straps or a dolly if the couch is especially heavy. When going up or down stairs, the person on the lower end should support most of the weight. 6. Tilt Strategically: Many couches won’t fit through doorways or around corners in a horizontal position. Try standing the couch on one end and “hooking” it through the doorway in an L-shape. Remove legs or cushions if necessary to reduce size. 7. Load Securely: If moving the couch to a vehicle, make sure it’s secured properly to prevent shifting in transit. Use straps and padding to keep it in place. 8. Reverse the Process: Once at your destination, reverse the process carefully. Reassemble any removed parts and check for damage. Moving a couch is easier with preparation, teamwork, and patience.

Need someone to move bankers boxes and some other items from attic to ground floor. So up and down an attic ladder and then down a flight of stairs, turn corner into office room. The task to be done between 2pm and 6pm.

Can you clear out a loft. You will need to bring strong black bags Mainly clothes and toys etc to be put in bags then tied and put at the front of the property. Some have already been put in bags. There are gazebos but will need to be left everything else can go. If you want to take the bags for yourself you can do mainly clothes and toys etc.
