We need the carpets to be removed from 3 rooms, an upstairs corridor between the rooms and a flight of stairs. We would like to replace this with laminate flooring that matches the rest of the house.

Need to fix the carpet that is slipping a bit off the ledge, need to tuck it back in under the threshold and make look good. Also need to find all protruding carpet nails/clips on the stairs and fix those too.

I need to have a straight two flights staircase fitted with carpet. A rough estimate of the carpet required for this size is not more than 4sqm.

I need the built in wardrobes removed from the bedroom, the walls to be re-plastered following this removal and the entire room re-painted. I’d also require the carpet to be removed and a replacement to be put down/ potentially new floorboards fitted depending on what we decide closer to the time.

We require the installation of a carpet stair runner. The materials will be purchased it's just a case of fitting the underlay and the carpet. Approx. 13 stairs and stair rods.
