1,112 sq foot office, need to replace carpet for hard wearing similar style and grade throughout. We are on three floors, there are two sets of stairs.

Replace carpet on step as it has slash on it

There’s a slash in the carpet on one step which needs to be replaced, I have the spare carpet already so it should be ready to install for the one step.

Hello! We are needing works to the ground floor and stairs of our property. The laminate needs replacing in the living/dining room along with the skirting boards (they have already been removed). In the hallway the laminate needs removing and replacing with tiles. The skirting boards also need replacing in the hallways. The carpet needs removing on the stairs and a runner to be installed with thr floor underneath primed and painted white. We will provide all materials. Floor plan attached, as mentioned it is only the living room/dining room plus stairs. There are some other small additional works that are needed in our property (removing and replacing bathroom basin, changing light fixtures, replacing kitchen tiles). Many thanks, Rana

Need skilled person to cut down single pannelled painted cupboard door to allow space for new deeper pile carpet. This will likely require measuring accurately, sawing and sanding to leave professional finish. Estimate approx 1.3cm will need to be removed but this will need to be calculated. Likely to need circular saw. Could be taken off site to do and return to rehang.
