Diagnostic Inspection Hi, I recently bought an Audi A8 (2012) from a private seller, and just two days after purchase—around 50 miles of driving—the air suspension failed overnight. The car gradually dropped during the night and is now sitting very low, especially on the rear right corner, but it appears all four corners are affected. The dashboard shows a “suspension system fault” and “vehicle too low – ground clearance reduced.” I contacted RAC, but they couldn’t read the suspension fault codes as they didn’t have the correct tool (VCDS/VAG-COM). I’m looking for someone with the proper diagnostic tools to: • Scan and identify the exact fault codes • Check the compressor, valve block, struts, or sensors I am not looking for an expensive repair using all-new parts. I’d prefer a practical, cost-conscious solution and may use quality used parts if needed. But first, I need a proper diagnosis to understand the root cause.
