Description: We need support completing a two-stage book project: signing books, matching pre-printed labels, and packing for Royal Mail. All labels are paid and printed, and the work happens in our London office. ⸻ Task 1 — Signing, Matching & Tracking You will: • Work through batched labels (Priority, A–C, D–J; 50–100 per batch). • Check the firm name on each label. • Write one message inside the book (neat handwriting required): • “Thank you for inspiring us to raise the bar every day…” • “With thanks, as we build on the care we’re proud to deliver…” • “With gratitude, and our promise to keep raising the bar…” “…Team Saturn.” • Insert the matching Royal Mail label inside the front cover. • Tick off the corresponding row in the spreadsheet (laptop/printout provided). Accuracy in matching label → book is essential. (I have attached an example written by my colleague) ⸻ Task 2 — Packing, Labelling & Boxing You will: • Take each completed book. • Insert into a cardboard mailer and seal. • Apply the correct label to the outside. • Sort parcels into boxes/sacks by batch (Priority, A–C, D–J). ⸻ Requirements • Excellent attention to detail. • Neat, consistent handwriting. • Comfortable with repetitive tasks. • Able to follow a simple tracking system. • Able to work onsite in our London office (workspace provided). ⸻ What We Provide • Books, labels, pens, mailers, tape, sorting guides. • Clear workflow instructions. • Spreadsheet tick-off system. ⸻ Time Estimate • Around two half-days depending on speed. • Approx. 350 books to sign; I will support but you will help with the bulk. ⸻ Budget £18 per hour
