Cut a Venetian blind to size. Purchased blind already, just need 2inches cut from the width. Bought at 47iches wide, need 45inch to fit correctly.

They won't go up, they do come down but I can see where the bottom 2 pleats have come undone

I have remote controlled, black out blinds in my room that are out of charge. I tried plugging them to a Type-C charger, but it didnt work. Upon investigating, I found out, that the charger has not been plugged into the blind. The blinds are fitted to the frame of the door and hence the space is too narrow for me to physically do it.
