Hi there, We're looking for someone to help us with a thorough clean of our basement in East London. The main job is to clear a lot of dust and spider webs that have built up over time. We also need help sweeping and hoovering the floor, which is a mix of concrete with some of it coming lose. We've already removed all the clutter, so the space will be clear and ready to be cleaned. Here’s what we need help with: Removing cobwebs from the ceiling and walls. Thoroughly sweeping and hoovering the entire floor area. Light steaming of the floorboards (we have a steamer available). We have all the tools ready for you to use: - An old but working hoover. - A steamer. - Brushes, dustpan, cloths, and general cleaning sprays. This isn't a glamorous job, so a dust mask is highly recommended. We estimate this will take around 2-3 hours for one person to complete. We are offering a budget of £60 for this task. Recently had my house sandblasted and I’m struggling with the last and largest room - a narrow conservatory. Already bought the brick sealant but need someone who has experience in this to dust, hoover, sponge wash and seal the bricks. I have a low pressure sprayer and sealant already for the sealing.

I tried to paint one side of an interior door with black, water-based satin paint (Rustoleum Furniture Paint). I had used this paint in a lighter colour previously with great results and found it really easy to get a good finish. But the darker, more heavily pigmented, colour has defeated me. I need someone who can make it look good, as I apparently can't! Thank you.

We want it done in white. We would like to start ideally from Monday 27th January. We don't have the paint, is that something you can offer? Also to clarify windows, window ledges, skirting boards, doors and door frames, ceilings must be included.
