Paint walls of garage and small amount of wood (three shelves, 2x4s supporting platform) - no ceiling, no floor, no doors. V little prep work required. Space will be cleared for easy working. Grey painted woodwork not part of project, leave as is Need to bring tools and paint - white acrylic eggshell for walls, water-based satinwood/gloss for woodwork.

2 feature walls: - 1 x feature wall = half/half (2 different colours) - 1x feature wall = 1 colour - 2 x plain walls = 1 colour - Dado rail (horizontal mould) in the middle of the wall to be painted (some parts of it will need repairing/re-sticking to the wall before painting). - 2 x Door frames (1 side each) = 1 colour. - 1 x Door (1 side) - Skirting = 1 colour Prep (where necessary) and prime before applying paint. All paints supplied, and some tools (please bring your own too.) High quality finish please.

Walls are in good condition but will need a light sanding first. We will will need the skirting and doorframes sanded as well. Artwork, radiators and furniture have been removed/moved, so that doesn't need to be done. Most walls will need to be painted in a light beige colour, and a couple of feature walls in a darker green colour potentially. Skirting and door frames TBC. Not sure if we want them painted, but we need them sanded and primed. Looking for experienced sub-contract painters for ongoing residential and commercial refurbishment work across the North West. Duties include masking, surface filling, mist coats, internal wall/ceiling emulsioning, and wood trim finishes. Must have full prep kit, dustless sanding tools, ladders, public liability insurance, and trade references.

1. Outdoor wooden cladding needs prepping and painting (it probably needs a protective undercoat and 1/2 coloured coats) 2. Painting a 5x3 metre wooden shed exterior 3. Painting 1 interior room of that shed (2.5 x 3 metre) 4. Prepping and painting a large interior kitchen area.

Prepare and paint the following ground-floor rooms (the room sizes shown are floor areas, not the total area to be painted): 1) Bedroom 5 – 8.93 m² Paint the walls, ceiling, skirting boards, door frame and other painted woodwork. 2) Dining Room – 13.39 m² Paint the walls, ceiling, skirting boards, door frames and other painted woodwork. 3) Lounge – 11.59 m² Paint the walls, ceiling, skirting boards, door frames and other painted woodwork. 4) Hall – approximately 8 m² Paint the walls, ceiling, skirting boards, door frames and accessible woodwork around the stairs. The hall size is estimated and should be checked on site. 5) Conservatory – 13.94 m² Only a small amount of painting is needed because most of the room is glass. Paint the ceiling, solid wall areas, skirting boards, trims and any other painted surfaces. Before painting, protect the floors and fittings, fill small cracks or holes, sand rough areas and apply primer where needed. All paint colours should match the current decoration.
