Looking for someone to deep clean and service 1 wall-mounted split air conditioner – Model KFR-23/IW. It has a slight musty smell, so would like the inside unit thoroughly cleaned, including the fan/blower and drainage, rather than just the filters.

Important: The house is currently stripped back to the brickwork and has not yet been plasterboarded. This work will be carried out before plasterboarding, allowing all AC pipework and electrical wiring to be properly routed and concealed within the walls/ceilings. Scope of work: • Supply and install all required AC refrigerant piping for 6 rooms. • Supply and install all required electrical wiring/cabling for the 6 AC units. • Install and route all pipework and wiring neatly and appropriately before plasterboarding. • Ensure all piping is properly insulated and protected. • Properly size the electrical wiring and AC infrastructure for each room. • One of the 6 rooms is the living room and will require a higher kW capacity AC unit, so the electrical and piping requirements will need to accommodate the larger unit. • Supply all necessary materials, fittings, insulation, cabling, brackets/supports, and other components required to complete the work. • Ensure the installation is safe, professional, and compliant with relevant regulations. I can provide access to the property for an inspection so the exact AC capacities, pipe runs, cable runs, and installation requirements can be assessed before work commences.

My new Haier KY-35/J portable air conditioner is making loud noise when turned on, I want to know if any part of is faulty but can be fixed or it is normal.

Airconditioner unit has stopped working buttons all working but flashing the wifi symbol tried connecting and reconnecting cleaning the filters its all empty and still its not blowing air

I’m looking for someone to remove a radiator under the left-hand window (see attached photo) and install a wall-mounted monoblock/all-in-one air conditioning unit in its place. Scope of work: * Drain and disconnect the existing radiator. * Remove the radiator and cap off or reroute the central heating pipes, leaving a neat finish. * Install the monoblock air conditioning unit on the same wall. * Core drill the two required ventilation holes through the external wall and fit the external grilles. * Connect the condensate drain (if required by the unit). * Complete any necessary electrical connection (or advise if a separate electrician is required). * Test the unit and ensure it is operating correctly. * Clean up and dispose of the radiator if possible.

Both of our portable AC is down, it will turn on but doesn’t release cold air in front and then it will suddenly stops altogether. We are running holiday camp for children so must get it fix asap, need to find out what’s wrong with it and then confirm price to fix, happy to pay more than £50 if the work is much more.

Hom Com portable aircon unit is emitting a sweet smell, could be Freon? How much would you charge to fix? Melting without it

I have (no kidding) 3 ac units none of which are working. One flooded one whole side of my room, in spite of not giving warning that it was full (the tank has an indicator) and water came out of places it wasn't supposed to. So I got a caravan split unit which worked beautifully for 6 days and now blows hot air. The sales team said the tank must be full but we have left the hose open and connected to drip outside and it was doing so until it stopped working. The salesman said to empty the tank but it was empty. It has two valves and I checked both and even blew into the tank to make sure it wasn't blocked. Im not home now so i dont have an image. But Im on my way home shortly and can provide.
