I’m renovating a property and need a reliable handyman or labourer for a small yard tidy-up and strip up of decayed decking and general clear-up, plus some internal rubbish consolidation from around the property. Tasks include: Clearing rubbish from the rear yard Removing and breaking up existing decking in the yard Gathering and bagging all waste Clearing leftover rubbish from basement and cupboards onto the ground floor Taking rubbish to the tip (ideally someone with a van) Removing a vinyl sign fixed to brickwork at the front of the premises (nailed, non-illuminated). All strip-out work is external / yard only. No internal demolition, no electrics, no specialist trades required. No asbestos present. Please bring basic tools if possible.
