3 bed Semi detached house requires painting. Front, side and back all require painting over pebbledash.

This requires digging out the soft wood and either splicing in new timber or using a high-quality two-part resin repair system. - Prep & Paint: Sand down and prep ground floor window frames and sills at the front of the house to remove weathering/organic growth, and finish with a full repaint in white exterior paint. Front Door & Entrance: - Door: Fill minor chips/scratches, sand, and carry out a full repaint. - Door Surround: Repair a large vertical crack in the masonry/render to the left of the door. Note the rust staining; this needs a stable repair to prevent the crack from returning. - Threshold: Address the gap/deterioration beneath the front door sill and repaint the ledge directly below it. Utility Cupboard: - Prep & Paint: Thoroughly sand down and repaint the exterior utility box cupboard to protect against further weather damage. Looking for someone to paint the rendered exterior of a small terraced house since our windows have been done & left a bit of a mess. We have the paint, it's slightly off white, and a small ladder but you would probably need a bigger one. We have a selection of small rollers but again you may want to bring a larger one.

Small painting job required, sand and rub off peeling paint and paint white x 2 coats. 2 wooden posts outside front door and the wooden soffit above the ground floor front bay window.
