Metal exterior stairs to be freshened up and brought back to spec. Needs to be done properly so requires rust removal, prep, primer, and durable exterior coating of paint.

This is a metal outdoor chair. We need it sanded to remove rust and then painted with special paint.

2bed end of terrace with single storey extension on the back needs exterior walls repainting. It is smooth render. Will need the usual wall prep to address cracks on the main walls.
