I need the full exterior of a 3-bedroom semi-detached house painted. This includes all exterior walls, fascia boards, soffits, and any exposed timber surfaces that require painting. The property has a wrap-around extension; however, the side of the ground floor of the side extension is NOT to be included in the work. The house is two storeys, and scaffolding may be required—please include this in the quote if necessary. All surfaces must be properly prepared before painting, including cleaning, scraping back any flaking paint, and applying primer where needed. We will supply all the paint. Paint exterior pebble dash of first floor terrace house. Decorator to provide masonry paint in white. Please note the property is on the upside of an incline, which means it's high, with the top of the ground floor window is approx 3.3m above the front garden.

I have a wooden summer house that needs 1 side painted as it’s in an awkward spot, so ideally you’d need a spray to paint it - I have the paint from doing the other sides and I do have a basic spray gun if required but you might need a pro one to get this done properly - a window will need to be tapped up from the outside to protect it too

Paint three exterior walls. One of them needs existing paint stripped first. I will provide the primer and paint. Wall measurements are: 620cm x 30cm 95cm x 100cm 440cm x 50cm (with two raised bits at 95cm) The long, low wall just needs one side painting, the other two need both sides painting.

Hi there, I’m looking for someone to sand down and repaint an outdoor metal railing. I already have the paint and basic materials, but if you have a more powerful or efficient sander, that would be a bonus. The railing is at the back of the house so it should be a straightforward job. Ideally looking for someone with experience in outdoor painting and metalwork.
