The existing red paint is faded/flaking in places, so I’m looking for someone experienced with exterior painting who can properly prepare the surfaces before repainting. Work required: * Scrape/sand down loose or flaking existing paint * Fill/prepare surfaces where required * Repaint all of the currently red-painted exterior areas in grey * Refresh/repaint the existing white-painted exterior areas in white * Two coats where required for a clean, durable finish The grey colour is likely to be Sandtex Plymouth Grey, although the exact paint/colour will be confirmed before work starts. I will supply the paint. Exact quantities can be agreed with the painter beforehand. The work includes the exterior walls around the entrance and stairs, first-floor balcony/parapet areas and the other painted masonry visible in the photos. Looking for someone who can provide a neat, professional and durable finish rather than simply painting over the existing surfaces.
