Hi, I’m looking for a mystery shopper to visit three London-based retail stores and review their in-store experience. You’ll be provided with a briefing document in advance outlining the criteria to be scored (out of 10). For each store, you’ll also need to take three photos as part of the assessment. The expected time commitment is approximately 3–5 minutes per store however travel between the stores will be needed. I require someone to sign up for a free trial of the gym online and then follow through with the sales process taking notes of how they have found the experience, number of follow ups received etc. They will then need to come into the gym and take a tour or complete a gym trial if they wish. There will also be a series of communications/ phone calls following the trial to see if they sign up. All throughout I would need notes taken down of what their experience was like.
